Factory & Capabilities
Where is your sweater factory located?
Our factory is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China — known as the “Sweater Capital of the World.” With over 22 years of knitwear manufacturing experience, we specialize in OEM & ODM custom sweater production for brands and wholesalers worldwide.
What is your monthly production capacity?
Our 2,000㎡ factory runs over 130 sets of computerized flat knitting machines with a monthly capacity of 100,000 pieces. We support both small-batch trial orders and large-scale bulk production, and can scale output as your brand grows.
What gauge range can your factory produce?
We offer a full gauge spectrum from 3GG to 16GG, covering fine-gauge lightweight knits, medium-weight everyday sweaters, and chunky heavyweight knitwear. All gauges are produced in-house for consistent quality and lead time control.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct knitwear manufacturer based in Dalang, not a trading company. Clients are welcome to visit our factory in person, or we can arrange a live video tour before placing an order.
Customization & Sampling
Do you offer OEM and ODM custom sweater service?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM custom knitwear service. For OEM, we produce from your tech pack, design or reference sample. For ODM, we can develop original styles based on your brand direction. Custom yarn, colors, jacquard, embroidery, printing and private labels are all available.
What is your sample development time?
Standard sample development takes 7–10 days after we receive your design, tech pack or reference sample. Complex jacquard or intarsia designs may take a few extra days. Sample fee applies and is refundable on bulk orders of 500 pieces or more.
Can you make a sample from just a photo or description?
Yes. We can develop samples from photos, sketches, tech packs or reference garments. The more detail you provide (yarn composition, gauge, measurements, target price), the closer the first sample will be to your expectations.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color. For new clients, we can discuss smaller trial orders to help you test the market. Returning clients enjoy flexible reorder quantities.
Can you do private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We support private label manufacturing including custom woven labels, hang tags, size labels, polybags and carton marks with your brand. We can also produce brand-specific packaging per your requirements.
Production & Lead Time
What is your bulk production lead time?
Standard bulk lead time is 25–35 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. Exact timing depends on order quantity, design complexity and current production schedule. Rush orders can be discussed.
What yarn materials can you work with?
We work with a wide range of yarns including cotton, acrylic, wool, cashmere, mohair, polyester and various blends. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified yarn is available upon request. We can also match colors from Pantone codes or your physical swatches.
Can you produce custom jacquard and embroidery sweaters?
Yes. We specialize in custom jacquard, intarsia, embroidery and printing for men’s, women’s and kids’ knitwear. Our design team can help refine your artwork for production feasibility.
Quality & Certifications
What quality certifications does your factory have?
As a direct OEM manufacturer, all our knitwear is produced under strict in-house quality control and complies with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for textile safety. For large brand orders requiring BSCI social compliance audits, production can be arranged in fully certified facilities. We also fully support SGS or third-party product quality inspections before shipment, ensuring every batch meets international brand standards.
How do you control product quality?
Quality control is built into every production stage. We conduct 100% inspection on measurements, stitch density, color consistency and visual defects. Every garment passes through a needle detector before packing. Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 standards.
Do you have BSCI certification?
For orders requiring BSCI audit, we arrange production through our long-term BSCI-certified partner factory. The partner factory’s valid BSCI report and audit details can be provided to clients for verification. This allows us to serve large brand and retail customers who require social compliance documentation.
Can you provide OEKO-TEX test reports?
Yes. When OEKO-TEX certified yarn is used, we can provide the yarn supplier’s OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate. For clients requiring finished-garment testing, we can arrange third-party lab testing (SGS, Intertek, etc.) at an additional cost.
What if I receive defective products?
Any confirmed defective items reported within 7 days after receipt will be replaced free of charge or credited toward your next order. We stand behind our quality and work with clients to resolve any issues promptly.
Pricing & Payment
How do you price custom sweaters?
Pricing depends on yarn composition, gauge, design complexity, quantity and finishing details. Send us your tech pack or reference sample, and we will provide an exact quote within 24 hours. Larger quantities receive better unit pricing.
