Client Design Confidentiality: We highly respect and protect our clients’ intellectual property. All custom designs, tech packs, brand logos, and sample developments provided by clients will be kept strictly confidential. We guarantee that your exclusive custom designs will never be published, shared, or sold to any third party without your prior written consent.
Client Design Warranties: The client warrants that all provided designs, logos, and artworks do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The client shall hold Anrong Knit harmless against any third-party legal claims arising from client-provided materials.

Validity Period: Standard quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Price Adjustments: Due to market volatility, we reserve the right to adjust final contract pricing before order deposit confirmation in cases of significant fluctuations in raw yarn costs, exchange rates, or government tax policies.

Sampling Terms: Sample development fees and express shipping costs are payable by the client prior to pattern programming and sampling start.
Lead Time: Sampling lead times begin only upon full receipt of sample payment and complete technical specification confirmation.
Tolerance: Samples are built for design, yarn hand-feel, and measurement verification. Minor craft or shade tolerances inherent to knitwear testing shall be deemed acceptable.

Order Commencement: Mass production will strictly commence only after:
1. The pre-production (PP) sample and yarn/color approvals are officially confirmed in writing (via email or direct message) by the client.
2. The agreed 50% deposit payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.
Order Modifications: Any request for modifications (e.g., color, size distribution, spec sheets, label placement) made after mass production has started may incur additional charges and extend the agreed lead time.

Payment Terms: Standard B2B custom orders require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to dispatch or against presentation of shipping documents, as specified in the Proforma Invoice.
Title of Goods: Ownership of products remains with Anrong Knit until the order invoice is paid in full.

Delivery Dates: Production lead times provided are estimates based on standard operational capacity. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by freight forwarders, port congestion, or local customs holds.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations if caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, severe raw material shortages, or government policy restrictions.
Maximum Liability: Under no circumstances shall Anrong Knit’s total financial liability exceed the actual invoice value of the affected order.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
